Harbor Properties owns and operates Stevens Pass Ski Area, located just 70 miles from Seattle. Stevens has long been a favorite of Seattle skiers, with an elevation of 4100 feet and over 35 feet of annual snowfall a year. Like its’ ownership, the resort has a green commitment, utilizing 100% wind generated power, recycling everything from vehicle oil to paper to food service items.
