 » Mixed-Use — Apartments & Street Level Retail Alto is an appropriate name for Harbor’s newest Belltown project, located at the former site of the Musician’s Union. The Union building was built in 1950, but the Musicians have had a presence in Belltown since the 1920’s due to the areas long history of entertainment, blues, jazz and live music. As the project works through design, the Harbor team has launched a research project — looking to understand the most efficient and liveable homes around the world. In this effort they have learned a tremendous amount about how to make a small space feel larger, work better and in general support the lifestyle of the resident. |
