Completed Projects Projected completion: July 2007 Alcyone — is Harbor's first project being developed in the Cascade neighborhood. The project is a 162-unit mixed-use apartment complex that includes 164 parking stalls, 1,400 square feet of retail space, and resident common areas. The building is made of light guage metal and feature multiple entries through private courtyards into at-grade lofts. Many units will have large windows that afford great views of the park, the lake, downtown and the Experience Music Project (EMP). Completed: June, 2004. South Lake Union, 301 Minor Ave N. The McGuire — High-rise concrete construction. 272 unit residential building that includes above grade-parking garage, ground-floor, retail space and an extensive green roofdeck with 5 townhomes on top of the above-grade parking structure. This 25-story concrete structure was developed for a partnership of Carpenter’s Union #131 and Multi-Employer’s Property Trust (MEPT), a union pension fund. The building includes the new offices of the Carpenter’s Union and allows for the Union to continue to build their organization in an urban setting. Completed: March, 2001 Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, 210 Wall Street. Harbor Steps — Mixed-use, high-rise concrete construction. 730 residential units, 31,000 sf of office space, 28-room inn, 51,600 square feet of retail, 640 space subsurface parking garage. Redefining Seattle’s First Avenue, Harbor Steps is Harbor’s flagship property downtown. Harbor Steps won the ULI Award for Excellence for Large Scale Residential projects in September, 2001. Completed: November, 2000. Downtown Seattle, 1221 1st Avenue. Site 17 — Wood frame construction over concrete base. 97 unit residential building including below-grade parking garage, and ground-floor, retail space. Funky finishes, live/work lofts and fun architecture are the signatures of Site 17. Completed: July, 1998. Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, 2440 Western Avenue. Press — Press is a wood frame building containing 75 market-rate apartments and a two level parking garage. With a lush green courtyard, a sunny community area, exercise facilities and funky details, Press offers a one-of-a-kind living experience. Press is a partnership between Harbor Properties and the landowners, Heath Properties. Completed: July, 2002. Capitol Hill Neighborhood, 1610 Belmont St. Press II — The second phase of Press has 66 units, the majority of them being studios; one-bedroom – half with dens – and two-bedroom apartments also are available. The building is a five-story wood structure on top of three floors of concrete, one level of which consists of ground floor apartments and two levels are underground parking. Completed: August, 2006.
