Strategy & Envisioning

We start our strategy development and design process by gathering community leaders, neighbors, historians, architects, planners, artists and retailers together for an Envisioning Session. The meeting is a facilitated experience where we learn about the neighborhood’s history — significant and quirky, good and bad. We dream about what could be. We debate, sketch and think about how future residents might dwell in our new development.

As with all collaborative efforts, the resulting vision for the project is always greater than it ever could have been had we planned in isolation.
