1411 Building, 1411 Fourth Avenue
Built in 1929 by Harbor Properties' predecessor company, the 15-story, 118,000-square foot 1411 Building is in the heart of Seattle's business district. The historic art deco building at the corner of Fourth Avenue and Union Street features Tully's Coffee's flagship store. Above the gorgeous, wood-paneled lobby are 14 stories of offices, ranging in size from 500 to 8,500 rentable square feet. Harbor's own office is located in this beautiful, landmark building.

Logan Building, 500 Union Street
Located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Union Street in the heart of Seattle's financial district, this 10-story office building was developed by Harbor Properties' predecessor company in 1959. Its 108,000-square feet are home to the Downtown Seattle Association and the offices of 50 other companies as well as retailers Butch Blum, Specialty's Café & Bakery and Charles Schwab.

South Arcade, 1411 First Avenue
Adjacent to the Seattle Art Museum and the new Four Seasons development, on the corner of First Avenue and Union Street, the South Arcade composes the lower three floors of the 98 Union Condominiums. Developed by Harbor Properties in 1985, the project includes the Pike Pub & Brewery and numerous other boutique retailers in the 40,000-square feet of retail space. In connection to the world-famous Pike Place Market, the South Arcade is one of Seattle's most frequently visited mixed-use properties.
