P. Onslow Throughout the past 40 years, Mr. Onslow has worked closely with communities to construct and manage property developments in the greater Seattle area. For more than half of that time he has been with Harbor Properties. Currently, as director of development activities, Mr. Onslow reacts to the needs of the market yet is proactive in creating change to accommodate the majority. Recently, he has shifted focus from luxury high-rise re-developments, such as Harbor Steps, to moderately priced mid-rise apartment complexes that respond to the city’s need for new, urban “workforce” residences, such as Press. Mr. Onslow leads the company’s development of multifamily projects in Seattle’s neighborhoods: Belltown, Capitol Hill, First Hill, South Lake Union and the University District. Products include mix-uses of residential, retail, office and hotel, as well as an array of housing for rent and sale. Multiple committees and boards have benefited from Mr. Onslow’s field expertise. Currently, he is active with the Downtown Seattle Association, NAIOP, ULI and the Waterfront Task Force. Before joining Harbor Properties, Mr. Onslow worked for a local developer where he managed the building of three high-rise hotels in downtown Seattle. Mr. Onslow is a graduate of the University of Washington.
